Sok progress

Hi!

The progress seems to be great for me; no major roadblocks yet. I'm helping out with Flatpak related operations. SoK pushed me to learn some new things (Dockerfiles, GitLab CI etc). My mentor, Timothée Ravier, has been very helpful, along with the folks on the Matrix channel.
