Indeed not. Everyone is welcome. However, *sponsorship* is for people who
are already contributing, and need to meet up with others to further that
contribution. Many teams use their BoF time as a mini-sprint; reviewing the
past work and planning together the road map in the coming year. Ask your
team!

There will be another round of sponsorships considered later, so don't
worry if your plans are not yet complete. Again, ask around.
