investigate, and connected to the team with which you want to work.
Those of you who have not, now is the time to do that.

I'm personally willing to work with any student whose proposal is
nearly complete, for spelling, grammar and completeness. You will need
to find someone else -- perhaps your probably mentor? -- to suggest
technical improvements.
