Regarding KDE soc idea list

Hi Shashwat,
The ideas list should be available by the month of August, though I am not
sure about this but it should be around that time. And yes you have to
write a proposal mentioning how you would approach and solve the problem.

Where can I find the ideas list for KDE Soc 17 and do I have to write a
proposal mentioning how I am going to implement the particular idea that I
choose?
