Deadline for student proposals tomorrow, April 3

All GSoC students,

Two things:

1. You should have a draft uploaded, and have it open to suggestions.
You should already be in contact with your team and probable mentors
-- they should have your link and be working with you to refine and
improve your proposal.

2. By now you should also upload a final PDF, even if you are not
quite finished. Remember that the site might get clogged at the last
minute, and we can *only judge you on your final proposal.* Your draft
is just that -- a draft. We will not be able to consider it after the
deadline.

Of course you must also have uploaded your proof of enrollment by the
deadline as well.

Remember, you MUST link to some commits to the KDE codebase in your proposal.
