Final Student Deadline hours away

Students, take note! 20% students (7 students) haven't submitted their
final evaluations. Please submit it ASAP! Students must submit final
evaluations before Aug 23rd, 19:00 UTC. The software they now use will
not allow any submission after 19:00. Use `date -u` command in the
commandline if you need to know UTC.

Important: Just creating a wiki page in
https://community.kde.org/GSoC/2016/StatusReports is not enough. You
must submit your link to Google as well.

Mentors, make sure your students get their final report in.
