Season of KDE 2014

Hi,
This is Aarsee from DA-IICT,Gandhinagar.
I have participated in Season of KDE 2014.

I have filled up the form regarding t-shirt size.
I wanted to ask when am I supposed to get the certificate and t-shirt?
I need them for placements which are starting from 13th July,2015.
