[GSoC Project] Lightweight QtQuick-based compositing window manager for X

Hi.

I know this project doesn't fit well in KDE. Actually, this project
doesn't fit well in any organization. That's why I propose it to
multiple organizations, and that's why I write about it here so late.
However, I like this project more than my other proposed projects.

So, is there any chance that this will be accepted as a GSoC project for KDE?
