Hello Anirudh Chauhan,

I  assume you are talking about the Simon related project "Streamline
handling of various resources" from the GSoC 2013 ideas page and that you
want to do this as a Season of KDE project this year. The next step for you
would be to contact the kde-accesibility project. Introduce yourself, tell
them what you want to work on and maybe loose a few words about your
related programming skills / experience. The kde-accessibility mailing list
is probably the best place to do this:
