SVN problem

Hello!

I'm going to participate in Google Code-in and I guess I will need to use
SVN actively to contribute to KDE. But I'm a boarding-school student and my
school's firewall blocks SVN. So I must use HTTP and according to
this<http://bit.ly/9KxtEh>article I have to be a developer in order to
do that. And unfortunately,
using a proxy is an offense in my school. So is there any workaround?
