Actually, the correct address is http://2006.planet-soc.com/ this year, and 
http://2006.planet-soc.com/og/users/45 shows the registered KDE students.
The one you mention only contains 2005 stuff.

Although the KDE blogs at http://2006.planet-soc.com/kde are quite empty
at the moment, for which I am also to blame ;-)
