[Kde-silk] Silk moved to git.kde.org

Hi all,

After sysadmin's request, I have now moved the Silk repository to git.kde.org. 
Git.kde.org is now the CANONICAL location for the silk repo.

For those with clones, they can create clones on git.kde.org (ssh 
git at git.kde.org clone silk <clonename>), then push their changes up into 
clones/silk/<username>/<clonename>
