Converting SVN to git repository

Hi,

I am converting projects with 17 years of history to git. I did a trial
conversion back in February, and it worked fine -- using svn2git. I am just
wondering can I build on top of that conversion by just getting svn2git to
apply commits from February until today, instead of converting whole
projects again?

Say if I clone the repo with history up to February, and then get svn2git
to start applying changes to that repo, rather than starting from scratch.

Thanks
John
