[Kde-scm-interest] Kopete git migration

Yes, we should wait until tomorrow (June 5) to do the conversions, so we
will be sure to get the 4.10.4 tags and such.

Urs, I'll do the other's tomorrow, and push the result, then replace
kdenetwork with a README file as noted in that e-mail.  Then I'll take a
look at what needs doing in the release scripts like I did for kdesdk and
kdetoys to make 4.11 release from git (probably do that this saturday
morning).
