[Kde-scm-interest] kdetoys migration

Hello,

Last weekend I spent a little time on the kdetoys rules and fixed them to
use the standard tested common-kde-tags and common-kde-branches rules for
their branches and tags rather than the broken rules in
kde-ruleset/kdetoys/ Anyway, now all three kdetoys applications have
converted locally and the result looks the same as what's in svn (except
that the docs are moved into each of the applications git repositories).

I'd like to move kdetoys during the window between kde 4.10 release and
4.10.1 tagging that we will be migrating kdesdk. I've pushed the three
repos (amor, ktux and kteatime) to scratch repos
(scratch/whiting/[ktux|amor|kteatime].git) for you to take a look at. Each
of those applications svn history is pretty straightforward, but if you
find something lacking in the git repositories, let me know.

I'll create a pack_toys in the release git repository so kdetoys 4.10.x
tarballs will stay together, but 4.11 can see separate tarballs as we have
done for the other modules.

thanks,
Jeremy
