[Kde-scm-interest] svn-all-fast-export dying on illegal branch names

Hi,

I'm trying to use svn-all-fast-export, but I've run into a small
problem. Some of my svn branches contain a tilde, which is killing the
process with: "fatal: Branch name doesn't conform to GIT standards:".

It looks like the rules use some regexes; is there some syntax I can
use to transform the branch name to use valid characters? I couldn't
find one in the samples. There's a lot of branches like that; so I'd
rather not do it by hand (though I suppose I could script something to
generate all the necessary rules if needed...).
