i don't see how this could work and still be useful.
the qt brisbane site had a gerrit setup which was review-only - the
changes were simply abandoned after review. this is workflow-wise not
much better than reviewboard with some surrounding scripts. given that
rb is superior to gerrit as a pure review tool, this doesn't look useful
to me at all.
and having gerrit push to a separate authoritative repo is neither
useful (what for?) nor realistic (you'd need to implement two-way sync,
and would still risk merge conflicts due to the inherently racy nature
of such a setup).
given that gerrit is a perfectly functional git server, i don't see why
anyone sane would bother with working around it.
