Reorganizing toplevel modules is kind of pain in the ass since we have lots of
scripts, tools, packages (in the distro side) that expect a given set of
names/packages, so first I'd want to ask for thiking if this new module really
is worth anonying our ecosystem (and besides i guess a new module should be
approved by the release-team and/or k-c-d).
