[Kde-scm-interest] Layout of "lokalize" and "kompare" git repos with plugins integrated (was: Re: Forming repos by plugin type or code domain?)

To be honest, now that trunk is reopen again and we have 6 months until KDE 
4.11 i think we should do this over svn itself, there are things like moving 
the doc/cervisia/*.png files to cervisia/doc/*.png that don't really work on a 
diff/patch file.

Once we got SVN trunk to work we can change 4.10 branch accordingly and then 
run the git conversion, i sincerely think it'll help us to get the stuff in 
the repo.
