Not quite. He wants to take one subdirectory from one repository and wants to
move it to another repository AND keep the history.
So indeed first split the directories history from the first repo and than
integrate it into the new one.
Or just don't bother and import the current code.
Btw. the directory was renamed from kipi-plugins to mediawiki in the last 3
hours if anyone wonders.
