Kig reviewed. Everything is fine, except for a missing feature branch merge 
(make_kdeedu_cool -> trunk) that could be added later.

Marble reviewed. Some documentation history was missing, I added it to the 
rules. Like in Kig, there is a missing branch merge (marble-geodata-nt).
