Use the usual common sense approach, I suppose: If it's a new
rules file or an obvious change, commit directly. If you feel
it's something scary and could use more pairs of eyes, post it
to ReviewBoard.


The group has been created now. ReviewBoard will be posting
emails about review requests to this mailing list.

And something I forgot to mention in the last mail: It will
show up under playground/sdk in EBN.
