So far we (the kdevelop team) were not aware of any relation between the
names of the rule-files and the repo layout, hence the way the rules are
right now. Our plan currently is to have 1 project for
kdevplatform+kdevelop+maintained plugins not (yet) part of either of the
two. Then there'd be a quanta project probably which has the
webdev-stuff. All other plugins (especially stuff from playground)
should start in its own project.
