[Kde-scm-interest] Git update, and Konvi/Amarok migration

I'm pleased to announce that Konversation and Amarok have been migrated
to git.kde.org.

I won't put the details here; but, I will relate the results of a long
discussion on IRC today with respect to personal clones vs. personal
branches.

The upshot is that while personal branches would make the sysadmin side
of things much easier, personal clones win for their ability to keep the
main repository from being cluttered with branches. (Also for the
ability for clone owners to manage collaborators.)

This does make it quite difficult for Redmine to show those personal
repositories -- you theoretically can have it use a remote, but
logistically speaking it's quite rough. cgit should be a bit easier
though -- we could generate a cgit config file based on the filesystem,
and project pages could point to the cgit location of personal clones.

There's lots to do, but now that we have some live repos on our
infrastructure it will help push us to get some of these things done.
