Especially the first since branches come at a cost to transfer
size when cloning a repo; to some degree also the second since
clones come at a cost to disk space; the third doesn't matter.

We could set up a cron job that checks for activity in personal
branches and clones and fires off an email after a year or so
of inactivity whether they're still needed, something like
that.
