Hi all,
first of all I'd like to say I'm really impressed from the work you did.
About this point of "external contributes" I think we should find a "clear,
shared & working" solution, for example at reviewboard level (don't know if
it's possible anyway).
I say this because, as example, in rekonq more than 80% of the contributors
are "external" and I love how it's easy for people click on the "clone
repository" button and fix its own reported bugs :D
