[Kde-scm-interest] Git and the future of scripts to create extragear tarballs

The one on launchpad is indeed the one I'm using for Amarok.
It didn't support git branch tagging until a few days ago either and
the support is currently untested in a production environment. Tagging
from master including tagging of translations in svn works ok (or at
least did until the latest modifications).
If you want to work on it please get in touch with Harald first. I'm
not sure what his plans are and if he has uncommitted changes.
