Yes, IIRC guessing that the current (and outdated) account-map file was generated 
with kde-common/accounts + some_accounts_added_by_hand I typed some shell 
commands to check what accounts was on account-map file but not in kde-
common/accounts

Seems interesting, but seems too complex as well. Anyway, if the sysadmin team 
decides to include "unknown" svn accounts in kde-common/disabled-accounts as Tom 
Albers has been suggesting we could avoid this.
