[Kde-scm-interest] How to get an up-to-date account map for svn-all-fast-export

I've added those two to the disabled accounts. 

Also *everyone* listed on
http://gitorious.org/svn2git/kde-ruleset/blobs/master/account-map-extra
is in the disabled file already. I checked it manually for everyone. So
can we kill that file?
