[Kde-scm-interest] How to get an up-to-date account map for svn-all-fast-export

Hi,

some weeks ago I did a somewhat trivial script[1] to get an updated account-map, 
this will join in a single account map the following:
- kde-common/accounts
- kde-common/disabled-accounts
- kde-ruleset/account-map-extra

Therefore, if you have in your project something commited with accounts that for 
some reason are not in kde-common/accounts nor kde-common/disabled accounts (for 
example see the comments of konversation-rules) you should add these accounts to 
account-map-extra and execute generateAccountMap; do not edit account-map 
directly!

If nobody complains, I will commit an updated account-map and I will explain 
this new workflow in http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/MoveToGit/UsingSvn2Git
soon, perhaps July 22th.
