We're going to offer downloadable tarball snapshots (base tarball
every couple of days plus binary deltas in the interim days), which
can be resumed - same as we do for SVN already btw:

ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/snapshots/

Doesn't mean we can't also offer DVDs/USB sticks, just pointing
out that it's not the only thing we can do.
