[Kde-scm-interest] Local Gitorious

Well whatever is going on we really need to pick things up again. If we 
could get a wiki "gitorious feature plan" set up then I could probably 
help you guys out. Something along the lines of 
http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.4_Feature_Plan , of the same 
style.

If someone has the big list then that would be great, but even if we 
don't have it off hand we should start building the wiki anyway from 
memory. And soon!
