Yes, the "turning it off temporarily" is what I meant with
tagging having to be regulated by team admins: You have to
ping an admin, the admin turns it off, you sneak in your
tag, the admin turns it back on.

That's something we can live with in the short term, but
something that, imho, needs fixing long-term, and I'm
happy to hear you agree :).
