[Kde-scm-interest] Resolution to too many merge request emails

So it's possible to tie 'receiving email about merge requests' to a 
special group? Then we could (as workaround) solve the problem with a 
service similar to CommitFilter (provided the merge request 
notifications contain the information necessary for filtering).
