Thiago's plan is that he wants the meeting in Oslo to be the last
week, when we're doing the actual conversion. So at the end of the
week KDE would be using git. Basically there's a lot of detail work to
do for the actual conversation process and Thiago doesn't want to be
stuck doing it all. Seems reasonable. :)
There's a lot to do before then though (communication with gitorious,
setting up user accounts, planning the layout), which we should
coordinate on weekly IRC meetings.
