[Kde-scm-interest] initial port of scripty to git is ready

Hi,

I've finished an initial port of scripty to git. It can found on  
Gitorious at http://gitorious.org/scripty. There are several issues,  
if you want to call them that, with it:

1. completely untested
2. there is no initial git clone to get a working copy if it is  
missing since I don't know what the layout of the new git repositories  
is going to look like.
3. There is no 'git push' back into the main repository from scripty's  
clone
4. lbundle-check.py isn't ported yet (so far, i haven't found any  
place where it's been called)
5. there are no guarantees on code quality, etc. I completely  
acknowledge that it's a total hack job.

I'm willing to invest more time in polishing this up, making it work,  
resolving any issues, etc. But I thought I would throw this out there,  
since it can only help get the git migration going again.
