Yes, the fact that I can't dedicate a full man-month to get this working.
Copy-with-history is extremely hard to do in an automated fashion when
importing from SVN. I know what has to be done, but I don't feel like
spending a full week testing this.
Of course, it won't solve the problem of the bouncing-around-with-history
(things moving back-and-forth between modules) that we've done. I don't
know an algorithm for doing that.
Basically, what I'm saying is that I will not spend a full month of my
time to get this done for something that is used, overall by KDE
developers, maybe a dozen times a year. The SVN server isn't going
anywhere. If you really need to go back in history that far out, you can
still query SVN.
