[Kde-scm-interest] [PATCH] scripty

I've tested this locally as much as I can; it seems to work now. I'd like to 
commit, and let scripty itself run the code. :)

this would create a git-test module in templates/ that translators should 
ignore. I'd like to also create some fake desktop po files and see them update 
the .desktop files in the git repo. 

I still haven't tried to update findfiles or change the order of anything; I'd 
prefer to do that after I get the basics working.
