What happens when:

a) new programs are added to Git?
b) programs move between extragear, kdereview and playground?

Doesn't that change the way translators work? I.e., we add and remove 
files.

Or are you referring to "the way translators work" as having things 
subdivided into their current stability caregories (release, review and 
playground states)?
