Gitorious create a specific type of directory layout. You really dont want to 
move it after you upgraded. Maybe try to install it on a private machine and 
check how the configuration must be done but don't try that on a public 
machine... but this assumes that it really be changed.
It is feasible to use "raw" git stuff at the moment for amarok but in the 
future something with more love is needed... so lets hope that the Qt guys are 
really that cool as everyone thinks :D
