on the matter of on-topicness of thoughts on policy change: i have
pointed out previously that such major changes in infrastructure are a)
the perfect time to improve policy and b) just plain don't work without
adjustments anyway. you can go lalala on that as much as you want, but
i'll still be able to hold the qtdf example in your face. and if you
still think that everything was just fine with it, then i really can't
help you.
