We're getting closer. Here is a PNG of a graph that shows
where we're at and what we still have to do:

To go into detail on the "In progress" step, namely the
conversion: We needed a few attempts with svn2git to fix
some unfortunate typos in the ruleset, figure out how to
deal with an unusual CVS-era tag, and close some gaps in
the account map (the one I used was originally generated
from KDE's kde-common/accounts, which doesn't cover some
CVS-era account names that differ from the SVN ones, e.g.
"abatianni" used to be "eisfuchs" way back when).
The last run did catch all the commits (separately veri-
fied by comparing the SVN history and the svn2git log,
as well as the git log), all the authors, and correctly
produced all the tags except for the problematic one
mentioned above. We got the ruleset for that fixed now,
though (as verfied by some partial runs), so the next
(full) run I'm about to set off in a few mins should pro-
duce the perfect conversion we need to move on with the
other todos.
Of course I'll add the ruleset to the kde-ruleset repo
on Gitorious once we're sure it's all proper.
We already talked to Albert and Ian about what needs to
be done, so post-conversion we just need to coordinate
the 'when', really.
