In any case, we already have the tool to do the conversion. It's just 
incomplete in the sense that it doesn't handle the copy-with-history feature 
of SVN (across Git modules).

The problem here is for someone to maintain the rules file. It takes me a week 
to update it after a few months of neglect, since we create a few projects in 
KDE every week.

My last count was over 400 repositories that needed creating. See the stats 
from my last import.
