I think he was trying to say something different. When you look at some other 
git-repo-sites you will notice that their exists some kde based software 
which could be hosted on kde.org when some such a service would be provided. 
I think it is a perfect playground to to test the coming services and notice 
problems before somebody tries to import and split the subversion and cvs 
history of kde.
