Well, the reason I'm asking is I would be interested to split a monolithic
import into modules, and on the way also generate a history for the
supermodule, KDE.git, so that all cross-module commits are covered. Provided
that it is a worthwhile goal to achieve. If it turns out to be an academic
excercise, then I better spend my time in different ways ;)
So it boils down to the question is: Is a history of the supermodule KDE.git
worthwhile to have, or is it sufficient to start a brand new KDE.git only
after its modules are ready?
