For the various stuff that Thiago suggested for the personal dir I think 
we need to give those users the ability to completely remove a repo at 
the file level.  Via a webform or shell access, for example.

What this means is that a 3th option opens up; I created a new plugin for 
KOffice and after the release I want to move it into the official tree.
This means I have the choice to move my stuff to the koffice.git, or I 
create a new project at the correct place and link to that from that same 
koffice.git.
Either sounds fine to me.

Naturally, I assume we will have a rule that says any code we actually 
will release (i.e. everything under 'stable' from Thiago's mail) has to 
be available under stable as well.  This avoids people linking to 
sourceforge or the users dirs for something the release team should be 
able to make a tarball of at release time.

btw. I really like the latest sugestion, as well as the ideas that Oswald 
added :)
