No. I have kdelibs in a public place, but since the machine is probably
underpowered, I won't publish the address. I can give you it in private.
But, yeah, I'd like to have them all published somewhere so people can
start verifying that the import succeeded.

Yes, but it's all manual.
It requires updating the SVN rsync (two steps necessary and takes several
minutes), plus running an import resuming from an existing revision.
May I remind you all that this tools meant for *converting* from
Subversion to Git, not for interoperation? I will periodically nuke the
repositories and re-import as rules change, which means SHA-1s will
change as well.
