One repository per module in the list I gave:

kdesupport
arts
KDE/*
koffice

with all official branches (I discarded all work branches, but they can be 
imported as well if someone wants to -- as a matter of fact, they can be 
even imported later and added to an existing repository).

I finished last night rules up to revision 628000. Since the Subversion 
switch (rev 409209), I've added an "ignore all other branches and tags " 
rule, which makes progress a lot faster.
