Hi Jorge!

Great you want to get involved! Depending on your skills and what you want to
do, you might find some pointers on the kde.org website:

http://www.kde.org/getinvolved

I would advise you to think about what you can and want to do, and then try to
find the appropriate communcation channel.

For example, if you want to help write articles or text and make promotional
video's, join the promo mailinglist on kde-promo at kde.org. Then announce
yourself and ask for ideas.

If you want to do translation, join your language's mailinglist, check the
translation team's website at http://l10n.kde.org/

If you want to develop, head to techbase.kde.org and start setting things up.
Then join the mailinglist for the application or team you'd like to work on,
and start talking ;-)

Mailinglists can be found here:
http://www.kde.org/mailinglists/

Try to find something that interests you and keeps you motivated, helping has
to be fun if you want to keep doing it for a while :D

Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'll try to answer them.

Welcome!

Greetings,

Jos
