Patch for Krazy2 passbyvalue

Hi,

I am packaging Krazy2 for Fedora 
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=krazy2) and I have the following 
patch to allow the passbyvalue plugin to have LIBSUFFIX work with it.
